The Collierville Burch Library is partnering with the Morton Museum and the Collierville Division of Tourism to present Art on the Move on Saturday, November 4th. Visit galleries at the Morton Museum, Collierville Town Hall, and the Collierville Burch Library by riding Collierville’s famous Double Decker Bus.

Murder on the Orient Express Book Club
Join us for a discussion of Agatha Christie's famous story of murder and suspense, Murder on the Orient Express on November 6 from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Collierville Train Depot on the Town Square. Then at a later date, we will be meeting at the Malco Theater to watch the new adaption of this classic. The date and time of the movie viewing will be decided at the book discussion. Collierville's Soil Soldiers: The New Deal in Collierville
Ashley Carver, Director of Collierville Tourism, will lead a discussion about the Civilian Conservation Corp Camp that was located in Collierville from 1935 to 1940 on Wednesday, November 8th from 2-3pm in the Halle Room. The talk will include a discussion of the research process, a historical overview of the camp in Collierville, the community's response to having an African American camp in Town, as well as the positive impact to the local farming economy.
